Join us for a seated, four course, family style meal celebrating seasonal produce! Executive Chef Graham House is sourcing fresh ingredients from Farmer Sunil Patel of Patchwork Urban Farms, Evan Chender of The Culinary Gardener, as well as local foragers to design a menu highlighting the rich abundance of the Appalachian region’s agricultural bounty during this time of year. Some of the ingredients he expects to incorporate into the menu are: ramps, morel mushrooms, hakurei turnips, rabbit, and asparagus.
