In appreciation of this smoky spirit, we'll feature pours and cocktails paired with a seasonal five course dinner by Chef Graham House. In celebration with CiderFest NC, and the many amazing cider makers in our state, we'll be hosting a cider-focused brunch. Cider is not only a delicious beverage, but also a scrumptious compliment to fall food. Our featured Ciders will be favorites of WNC: Botanist & Barrel, Daidala Ciders, and Noble Cider. 

Since we are first and foremost known for our cocktails and great food, our event will feature cider cocktails with food pairings by Joe Nichol and Chef Graham House.

Herbiary and Sovereign Remedies come together at noon on Tuesday, July 25th to explore common herbs used in some of the most iconic bottles on the back bar. Ash Sierra, of Ritual Botanical (and employee of Herbiary since 2015) will lead this discussion touching on a few specific herbs, how one pulls flavor and qualities from these plants, and how to keep it safe. There will be a post tea party at Herbiary to explore the shop and to ask further questions and guidance on what they stock!
