At Asheville’s hip Sovereign Remedies, Southern native Graham House creates mouthwatering, modern Appalachian dishes with an unexpected twist: vegetables take center stage. Chef House applies the classic nose-to-tail philosophy to glorious produce by employing techniques such as fermenting, dehydrating, and pickling, unlocking a symphony of flavors that lie within the skin, stem, and root. Join us at the Beard House for this unforgettable celebration of summer.
